Booking Policy

All appointments must be reserved online or by phone with a valid credit card on file.

A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
Cancellations & No-Shows

24-hour notice is required for all cancellations.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee charged to the card on file.
Late Arrivals

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and consultation.

Arrivals later than 10 minutes past your scheduled time may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.
Refunds
